Who's it for?

Racers with less than two years' experience or rookies who have graduated from our Ready to Race programme. All races take place at New Castle Motorsports Park.

How does it work?

Sundays, is race day!

The race day format is practice, qualifying, pre-final, and final. Exact timings depend on the venue and will be confirmed in advance.

All events are at New Castle Motorsports Park

For the Regional Championship, classes are split into:

Bambino:

• Age: 5 years old to the end of the year of their 9th birthday

• Height: Minimum 110 cm – Maximum 128 cm

• Weight: Minimum 21 kg (with full racewear on)

Cadet:

• Age: Year of their 8th birthday to the end of the year of their 13th birthday

• Height: Minimum 122 cm – Maximum 156 cm

• Cadet Weight: Minimum 27 kg (with full racewear on)

Junior:

• Age: Year of their 12th birthday to the year of their 17th birthday

• Height: Minimum 153 cm – Maximum 190 cm

• Junior Weight: Minimum 40 kg (with full racewear on)
